First, you will get a clear plan on how to evaluate your market fit and what you need to do even before applying for compliance & ethics jobs to increase your chances. You will then understand what are the real expectations that large companies have and how to build a job application system that generates you regular interview invitations.

Then, you will get a lof strategic insights on improving your resume (including making it ATS friendly) and optimizing your LinkedIn page so that LinkedIn Recruitment algorithm starts selecting you as a Top Candidate. Finally, you will get a lof of helpful materials and tips for compliance interviews preparation, effective communications with recruiters and hiring managers, as well as negotiating your offers. Finally, we will discuss what to do in the first 3, 6 and 12 months in your new job.

80% practical knowledge

The program consists of 20% theory and 80% practice. During the theoretical lectures, we will explain how to improve your chances of getting a new compliance job in a simple and clear way. In the practical workshops, you will start working with on this with tools we give you.

You’ll participate in 12 structured in-person online sessions, each lasting around 1-1.5 hour, where we will clearly and practically guide you through the step-by-step process of elevating your compliance career (either by growing in your company or getting an external job).
